About B3D Labs

Where Digital Becomes Physical

B3D Labs is a professional 3D printing and fabrication studio based at Industry City in Brooklyn, New York. We specialize in large-scale 3D printing, 3D scanning, and custom 3D design, turning complex creative briefs into precisely built physical deliverables for marketing agencies, experiential brands, luxury retailers, architects, and artists.

Our clients include Citizen, Chanel, Cartier, Hermès, West Elm, MSCHF, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. From oversized brand activations and retail window installations to architectural models and batch production runs, we handle the full fabrication pipeline, including design, printing, finishing, and on-site installation under one roof.

Capabilities

Our core capabilities span the full fabrication workflow. We produce large-format FDM and resin (SLA) 3D prints for installations, displays, prototypes, and batch production. Our 3D scanning services capture physical objects at high resolution for replication, reverse engineering, digital archiving, and resizing using professional-grade equipment both in-studio and on-site. Our 3D design team builds print-ready models from rough concepts, sketches, reference images, or scan data. Every project is finished in-house through sanding, priming, painting, and assembly, so clients receive a complete, production-ready deliverable, not a raw print.

We also offer specialized services, including architectural model printing, retail window display fabrication, sculpture replication and resizing, jewelry and metal casting support, shoe mold reproduction, custom trophy manufacturing, and 3D printer repair for Bambu Lab, Creality, and Prusa machines.

Our Process

1

Submit a Form

The first step is filling out our project inquiry form. Share the scope of your fabrication, 3D printing, 3D scanning, or installation project along with any reference images, sketches, STL, OBJ, or CAD files. Our team will review your materials to evaluate technical requirements, recommend the best production approach, and develop solutions tailored to your timeline, scale, and creative goals.

2

Consultation

The second step is a detailed project consultation with our fabrication team. During this phase, we review project specifications, dimensions, materials, structural considerations, installation logistics, timelines, and finishing requirements to determine the best fabrication approach. Our expertise in custom fabrication, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and experiential production allows us to proactively solve technical issues and guide projects toward efficient, high-quality execution.

3

Custom Quote

After reviewing all project specifications, B3D Labs prepares a custom fabrication quote tailored to the scope of work. Quotes may include large-scale 3D printing, custom fabrication, 3D scanning, prototyping, finishing, assembly, shipping, and installation services, depending on project requirements. Our team carefully evaluates production methods, materials, timelines, and technical challenges to recommend the most effective solution for your project goals and budget.

4

Fabrication

Once the project is approved, fabrication begins. Our team manages every stage of production including 3D printing, CNC fabrication, assembly, finishing, painting, and quality control to ensure each component is produced accurately and efficiently. Throughout the fabrication process, we maintain close communication with clients to address challenges, refine details, and ensure the final result aligns with the creative vision and functional requirements of the project.

5

Delivery or Installation

Once fabrication is complete, we coordinate delivery, shipping, and installation based on the specific needs of the project. Clients may arrange pickup directly from our Brooklyn studio, schedule local delivery, or installation support. Shipping, delivery, and installation costs are customized based on project scale, location, handling requirements, and logistics, and are included as part of the final custom quote.

Industries We Work With

Advertising Agencies · Experiential Marketers ·  Artists · Architects · Film Makers · Entrepreneurs · Engineers

We partner with teams who need a fabrication studio that can think, not just produce.

Marketing and experiential agencies trust us to execute technically complex activations on tight timelines. We understand that briefs change, deadlines don't, and the quality of the final piece reflects directly on your agency's work, so we treat every project with that same pressure in mind.

Architects and design firms bring us scaled models, complex geometries, and presentation pieces that need to be precise down to the millimeter. We've worked across residential, commercial, and speculative projects at every scale.

Artists and creative studios come to us when they need a fabricator who can interpret rather than just execute. Someone who understands the intent behind a piece and makes technical decisions that serve it.

Product teams and brands use us for everything from single prototypes to batch runs of hundreds, with the same finish quality throughout.
