3D Design
At B3D Labs, we provide professional 3D design services to support fabrication, prototyping, and custom projects that bridge design and physical production. Our team has worked with marketing agencies, artists, and product teams to develop print-ready digital models for downstream manufacturing processes.
Our team creates 3D models from rough concepts, sketches, reference materials, or scan data for replication, production, or modification. We offer design strategy, technical modeling, reverse engineering, and file preparation to ensure every project is accurate from the client's vision to physical output.

B3D Labs design services assist clients from concept development through final product delivery. Have an idea? Let’s bring it to life.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Most people who come to us for 3D design have a sketch, a reference photo, or just an idea in their head, not a file. Our design team builds the printable file from wherever you're starting, no CAD background required.
Yes. Send us what you have: a hand drawing, a photo of something similar, or even just a written description, and we'll turn it into a 3D design ready to print and finish.
Design work is typically quoted per project based on complexity and can be done as a standalone service or as the first step before we print and finish the piece. Send us your concept, and we'll quote the design work and the full project together.
Both are available. If you need the digital file itself, for archiving, future edits, or use outside our studio, we can provide it. If you just need us to move straight to printing, replication, or resizing, we handle that without an extra step.
Post-processing covers sanding, support removal, priming, painting, and assembly that turns a raw print into a finished, presentation-ready object.
Artists and sculptors, museums and galleries, brands, and designers without CAD experience all come to us through this side of the studio, whether they're digitizing something that already exists or creating something new.
Pricing varies widely by service. Scanning and design work is typically quoted per project based on complexity, while replication and resizing depend on scale and finish. Send us your object or concept, and we'll quote based on the actual work involved.
Tell us what you're working with: an existing object to scan or replicate, or a concept you want designed and printed, along with any reference images or files. Our project lead reviews every inquiry and responds within one to three business days.
